After just a few months of installing MT-LINKi, production throughputs have nearly doubled. In one instance, a new ROBOCUT was discovered to have longer cycle times than an older machine through the MT-LINKi data; the optimized machine’s performance has increased by 200 percent. Moreover, operators are more engaged with their machines through easy access to the MT-LINKi production data as seen on monitors located around the shop.
