FANUC CRX-10iA Cobot Interactive Programming
A CRX-10iA demonstration will give attendees the
chance to try the
cobot’s
intuitive hand guidance and easy-to-use Tablet TP programming. The
hands-on
demonstration will use the CRX to pick and place stress balls located on a
hopper.
FANUC has expanded the payload capacities of its CRX and CR cobot lines to
handle products from 4 to 50kg. FANUC now has 11 cobot model variations that
can work in a variety of industrial applications including assembly,
inspection, material handling, packaging, palletizing, sanding, welding, and
more.
FANUC CNC Retrofit with the CRX-10iA Cobot
The CNC Retrofit with the FANUC CRX 10iA
demonstrates the
benefits of
retrofitting legacy machine tools with new FANUC CNCs, servo motors and drives as well
as the ability to seamlessly integrate a cobot for machine
tending. FANUC’s 0i-MF
Plus CNC will run a
milling part program via
simulation of the actual cutting movements on its display while the cobot
automatically swaps out workpieces. The demo highlights how CNC retrofitting
and robot automation can boost machine tools’ overall productivity
while
ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency.
Desktop Milling Machines & Lathes
For educational institutions that want to give their students the actual
experience of cutting materials, FANUC powers several different desktop
machines. These machines are perfect for students who want to gain the
hands-on learning experience of not only operating CNCs, but also making
parts.
The newest of these is the Bantam Tools Desktop Milling Machine - equipped
with the FANUC 0i-F
Plus CNC controlling
FANUC servo motors and drives -
perfect for any educational or workplace training setting.
